What video formats do you offer?
Our videos* come in three formats:
MPEG1 is a very compatible file that will work with both PC and Mac based programs. You can also burn this file onto a regular CD and it will play in MOST DVD players. WMV is a Windows based file that will work very well in Windows Media Player and other Microsoft programs. It will work with Power Point, but that program is not always stable with video and will not allow you to place text on top of your videos or loops. MOV/MPEG4 is the best file type to use with Mac programs and Quicktime. MPEG4 is the most recent version of Quicktime files and you may need to update your player in order to view them. *There are very few videos on our website that will not come in an MOV/MPEG4 format, but an MPEG1 will work with Macs and Quicktime.

After you install please restart your browser and then you should be able to see everything. How do I make a DVD/CD?
This question is directly related to what equipment you have available.
If you have a DVD burner (not just a DVD-rom) we would suggest using that with HT Burn and the MPEG1 file format to make a DVD. If you don't have a DVD burner but would like to show your video on a DVD player you can use the following method with an MPEG1 file: Once You've downloaded the video, open Windows Media Player to view the video. Right click on the Video from the right Playlist, and Select Add to, then Burn list. Click on the Burn button at the top of the screen. You should see your Video in the list to the left. Insert a blank cd into your cd-burner. Be sure the box on the right has Data CD selected. When you are ready, click the Start Burn button at the top of the window. We recommend testing either method with our FREE MONTHLY VIDEO to eliminate any risk. Free Demo of HT Burn
